Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager – IT (Website Developer & System Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing web development activities, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
• Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure (hardware & software)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Implement data backup, recovery, and security protocols
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT-related requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/.NET or similar)
• Knowledge of databases, servers, networking, and system administration
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is an advantage
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT, web development, or system engineering
• Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience is preferred
