Job Description
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Assistant Manager – Media & Media Marketing with strong expertise in content
writing, graphic design, and video editing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing engaging content, managing media
assets, and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen ISMMART’s brand identity across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications
• Design high-quality visual content including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional
materials
• Edit and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and advertisements
• Develop scripts, captions, storyboards, and creative concepts for video content
• Assist in planning and executing media and digital marketing strategies
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely publishing of approved content
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand content needs and deliver creative solutions
• Maintain brand consistency across all written, visual, and video materials
• Support paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads – basic knowledge preferred)
• Track content performance and assist in analytics and reporting
• Organize and maintain media files, assets, and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills (English required; Urdu is a plus)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
